The Mortgage Rate That Suits You



Choosing a mortgage can be the biggest financial decision in your life. Especially for new homeowners, it can be difficult to decide if they should take a variable rate or a fixed rate and what kind of terms and conditions to agree too. Historically low interest rates are also making it hard for homeowners to make a decision that might have been easy for them a few years ago. Many thinking, shall I fix my mortgage rate and breath easy for five years or roll the dice with a variable rate.
