Why The American Jobs Act won't work

President Barack Obama just released his American Jobs Act for 2011. In an emergency session he announced a plan to help get 14 million unemployed Americans back to work and stimulate the economy. The act that still needs to be approved by Congress, promises to help small business and wants to increase taxes on the rich. The underlying message of the bill is great and Canada's banking system is relying on Americans being employed.
